Seasonal Production – The supply of milk changes seasonally according to the girls’ lactation cycle. As the days get shorter and the cold weather moves in our milk supply diminishes significantly, so we all take a break over Winter. The farm shop will be fully restocked in Spring and operate through until the end of June.
Cheesemaking – Every Tolpuddle goat cheese is made by hand in small batches using milk from our herd of Saanen dairy goats. We are a true “pasture-to-plate” producer using only the freshest milk and traditional methods to produce a range of fresh, bloomy, blue and semi-hard goat cheeses of outstanding quality.
